Through raising kids, moving across the country, and navigating a changing industry, I’ve built a life and career I’m proud of. I’ve faced my fair share of challenges, but the lessons they taught me and the experiences I gained have only deepened my empathy for others and strengthened my ability to help people.
When I first moved to Florida, I was starting over. I didn’t know anyone. I had taken a chance on a job opportunity and uprooted my life to chase what I hoped would be a step forward. Less than a year later, the recession hit—and like many others, I lost my job and had no backup plan.
Even though everything felt uncertain, I had already started building something. I’d gotten involved, made connections and stayed open to whatever might come next. I believed then, as I still do now, you don’t need to have everything figured out to move forward. You just have to be willing to work hard, adapt and put others before yourself.
That mindset led me to my next step: an opportunity to become a mortgage broker. I spent the next few years learning that side of the business and gaining a deeper understanding of the financing process. I realized I wanted to be more directly involved with people—not just one part of the transaction, but the full journey. In 2009, I got my real estate license and started rebuilding again, this time on the sales side, where I could guide clients through every step and build those meaningful relationships.

I leaned on what I knew: how to work hard, stay consistent and show up for others. My parents modeled that for me, and I carried it through years of team sports and as an Eagle Scout. In the early years of my real estate career, I didn’t yet have a family of my own, so I poured into the business and laid the foundation. It was never easy, but I kept building.
Life continued to evolve. I met my wife, Michelle, who was living in Michigan at the time. I moved up there while continuing to travel regularly to Florida to keep my business running. It was a huge undertaking, but it made me better at managing my time and adding value for clients—whether in person or working remotely behind the scenes. We moved once more to Minnesota before officially settling back in Florida full-time in 2015. It truly felt like coming home. Since then, I’ve continued to grow my business and launched The Eberle Group, where I also mentor a small number of agents who share my values and approach.
Through all of this, I’ve truly enjoyed my journey as a husband and father. My family is my biggest support system and daily motivation. Today, our two oldest daughters, Madison and Lilly, are starting their own lives in Tampa and Michigan respectively. Our youngest, Elise, is 11 and plays competitive soccer with Lee County Premier Football Club. I’m an assistant coach for her team, which has been a lot of fun.
Sports have always been a big part of my life, and I even thought it would be my career one day. I earned a degree in the field, but instead of becoming a profession, it’s become a meaningful way to stay involved in the community. I’ve completed more than 20 seasons as a basketball referee, and recently took on the role of assigner for the South Gulf Basketball Officials Association, scheduling hundreds of officials across more than 1,000 high school and middle school games every season.

Having an athlete’s mindset is really what got me through countless challenges and unexpected obstacles. Every problem has a solution; you just have to be willing to find it. My refusal to give up has benefited my clients tremendously and is part of why I love real estate. I enjoy solving problems and helping people get from Point A to Point B. There will always be challenges—and by life’s nature, constant changes. But when you have the right support in your corner—whether family, friends, community or even your REALTOR®—when it comes time to move, those connections, support and guidance make all the difference.
I’ve lived through so many of the same transitions my clients are navigating. A new job. A cross-city or cross-country move. A growing family. Kids heading off to college or starting careers. These things change not just where you live, but how you live. My goal is to understand what matters most to you, then help create a clear plan and guide you through it. I focus on taking the stress off your shoulders—by answering my phone, solving problems quickly, and helping you understand the full scope of your options so you can make confident decisions. With a background in lending, I also help buyers prepare for the financing process and know what to expect. I’m also a fierce negotiator, protecting your best interests, always.
For sellers, I build smart strategies around pricing, timing and visibility. As a ‘Best of Zillow’ agent, I offer Zillow Showcase, a premium listing tool available to a small percentage of agents, that prioritizes listing placement to buyer searches on Zillow, which helps drive faster and higher offers.
The relationships I build with my clients truly matter to me. Some of my favorite things to do are hosting events that bring people in the community together because it’s those connections that make this work so meaningful. Stay tuned for Easter egg hunts, fundraisers, donation drives and more!
“There will always be challenges—and by life’s nature, constant changes. But when you have the right support in your corner—whether family, friends, community or even your REALTOR®—when it comes time to move, those connections, support and guidance make all the difference.”
Sincerely,

Pat Eberle
